Q. How much do you charge for shipping?

  • A. Our shipping rates vary depending on the size and quantity of your purchase. Typically, our rates are between $15-20 CAD.

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • A. The average ship time for most order is 7-14 days. This is because most of our products are custom handcrafted. Some of our other items may take a bit longer if they’re being sourced from our international affiliates.

Q. What is your return policy?

  • A. All of our custom orders are final sale. For any defective or damaged items, we offer a 30-day return policy. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases, engraved jewelry. Q. What form of payment do you accept?

  • A. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Master Card and American Express. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal as well as Debit, through PayPal Express Checkout.

Q. Do you have some sort of rewards program?

  • A. We’re in the process of launching our Affiliate Program, where you can receive 10% commission on all eligible purchases made through your affiliate link. Anyone can become an affiliate. Stay tuned for more details.

Q. I can’t find a particular item on your site, is possible to create a special order?

  • A. We can certainly try. Depending on the product you are searching for we can reach out to our suppliers to see if the item is available. Feel free to contact us via our Facebook page or on instagram.

Q. How often to you get new inventory?

  • A. We try to stay up-to-date with the latest trends so our inventory is being continuously updated. With regards to our more popular items we try to main consistent supply levels.
